Mainly business cards, calling cards, bills, and theater playbills compiled during a trip to England, France, and Holland, 1825-1826, and clippings and transcriptions of songs and poems. Of note are a letter to Richard Harison from his colleague Alexander Hamilton, Sept. 13, 1792, and a receipt from him, January 10? 1804, and a character reference for William Harison from DeWitt Clinton, May 16, 1825. Includes two printed pamphlets: A description of Trenton Falls, Oneida County, New York, by John Sherman ( Utica, N.Y., 1827), and The Rath, or Burmese Imperial State Carriage (London, 1825).
